Refund policy

 

As a small business, we are unable to authorize most refunds or exchanges on our site. The items on our site are made to order, which means that they are manufactured and shipped from a third party company in a different state. Due to this, they cannot take back items. 

Some items from new collections can be exchanged within 30 days if another variant that is requested is available. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with its tags still on. If the return is made within 30 days and accepted after inspection, we can exchange it with the correct item. Please email us at labyrinthave@gmail.com!

International orders may be subject to customs and additional taxes which are not included at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
